Before you submit your article, please review the following guidelines:
The Submission guidelines should be strictly follows:
- Articles and Research Papers should be submitted in duplicate, typed document:
- Font Size 12 And 14 for Sub- Headings ( type – Times New Roman )
- 1 Inch page margin
- Headings and Sub- headings must be in bold
- Line Spacing of Paragraphs 1.5
- Footnotes and Citations must be mentioned properly
- Spellings incorrect and grammatical error should be checked properly
- Illustrations, figures, maps and graphs should be prepared in black and white and be kept to the minimum. They should be numbered serially with appropriate headings.
- Tables and Figures should be numbered consecutively in Numerals and should be placed at the end with mention of insert in the text as Table 1, Table 2 etc.
- An abstract (of about 200 words) should be submitted along with the paper at the time of submission.
- There should be separate title page containing the title of the article, author’s name, designation official and residential address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. The name of the author(s) should not appear on the manuscript.
- A separate list of references should be given at the end of the paper. Only those references, which are actually utilized in the text, should be included in the reference list.
- The Articles being sent can be co-authored. However, a maximum of two authors per article permitted.
- All submissions must be accompanied by a Covering Letter stating the title, author’s full name, designation, institute they belong and postal address and the author’s contact details. Only the covering letter should contain the above mentioned details and not the manuscript:

1.THEME OF THE JOURNAL: – The theme selected for the the lawway with lawyers Journal is any CONTEMPORARY LEGAL ISSUE. The main focus of the Articles/ Papers shall be the latest trends in the field of Law. These could be but not limited to the following themes- Business Law, Law of Contract, Criminal Law, Corporate Law, Constitutional Law, ADR, Intellectual Property Law, Cyber Law, Environmental Law, Human Rights Law and any other contemporary Legal issue.
2. Originality and Plagiarism:
- Submitted articles must be original work and should not have been previously published elsewhere.
- Properly attribute all sources used and avoid any form of plagiarism.
- the author would be liable for any legal issue arising out of plagiarism.
3. Structure and Format:
– Structure your article with a clear introduction, body, and conclusion.
– Use headings and subheadings to organize your content and improve readability.
– Maintain a clear and concise writing style, avoiding jargon or overly technical language.
4. Citations and References:
– Include accurate citations and references for sources you mention, providing readers with the opportunity to further explore the topic.
– Use a recognized citation style (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago) consistently throughout the article.
5. Word Count:
- Long Article :- 4000 – 5000
- Short Article :- 1500-2000
6. Submission Process:
– Submit your article as a Word document or PDF.
– Include a brief author bio (maximum 100 words) highlighting your credentials and expertise.

7. Review and Approval:
– Our editorial team will review your submission within 42 hours.
– We may provide feedback for revisions, if necessary, to ensure the article meets our quality standards.
8. Author Responsibility:
– Authors are responsible for the accuracy of their content and the credibility of the sources cited.
9. Copyright and Ownership:
– By submitting an article, you grant The Lawway with lawyers non-exclusive rights to publish and distribute the content on our platform.
